Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within a few weeks after they are placed. If high volume prevents this, we will adhere to the following:

When you receive your order, inspect your shipment for possible damage or inaccuracies. If damaged, please take photographs and notify CSLP immediately. Damages or inaccuracies must be reported within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges apply for returned products. Please contact customer service for details on where to send your return.
*Exchanges and returns on women’s cut t-shirts will not be allowed for orders placed after Feb 1, 2024. Size warnings were placed on product listings (along with reviews) in December 2023 about sizing up. Stock levels on many t-shirts after February 1st are limited making any exchanges/returns difficult to fulfill.
Product renditions may not be 100% accurate, actual products could vary slightly.
