Orders are shipped in the order they are received. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within a few weeks after they are placed. If high volume prevents this, we will adhere to the following:
PLEASE NOTE: We are UNABLE to ship to PO boxes. Your delivery may not be not be received in a timely manner if you ship to a P.O. box.
- Shipping Address: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address to avoid delivery delays.
- Inspect Your Order: Upon receipt, inspect your shipment for possible damage or inaccuracies.
- Damages or Inaccuracies: If you discover damage, please take photographs and notify CSLP immediately. Damages or inaccuracies must be reported within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement.
