Downloadable Reluctant Reader Activity Record (PDF)

This high-resolution PDF is of our reluctant reader activity record that features multiple ways to engage young readers in logging or following their progress during summer reading programs.  This file can be customized by adding the library’s logo to the footer and making changes to the time increments.  Some skills with Adobe Acrobat Pro, other Adobe graphics programs, or experience importing PDF’s and designing in Canva will be needed to customize this file.

There are no refunds on downloadable files.  

Member libraries downloading this file must adhere to the CSLP Rules of Use in using our themed artwork.  Libraries may add their library branding to this image, but should maintain the integrity of Tom Bonson’s design.  The slogan must remain intact and the trademark symbol must stay on the Unearth a Story™ slogan.  Any items produced using this design may not be resold, even for non-profit purposes (such as a library Friends group wanting to sell t-shirts to raise funds, etc.).
